Sometimes your stomach tells you: do it.
When I've seen her videos and pictures, than her pedigree, an internal voice told: do it.
And sometimes you have to obey. So I did.
And here she is: Ginger.
Ogni tanto bisogna ascoltare la voce interna.
Nel momento che ho visto i filmati e le foto e di seguito il suo pedigree, c'era una voce interna che diceva: ok, fallo.
E ogni tanto bisogna obbedire alla voce interna. E cosi ho fatto.
Ed eccola qui: Ginger.
Ab und zu muss man auf seine innere Stimme hören.
In dem Moment als ich die Aufnahmen, die Filme und das Pedigree sah, sagte meine innere Stimme: Tu es.
Und ab und zu sollte man auf die innere Stimme hören. Und das habe ich getan.
Und deswegen ist sie hier: Ginger.

Ginger è una cagna che mi ha colpita dal primo istante.
Quando ho visto le sue foto e i suoi video da cucciola, ho sentito chiaramente che sarebbe diventata parte del mio branco. Era una sensazione forte, immediata, quasi istintiva. E non mi sbagliavo. Fin da giovane ha mostrato di essere diversa dalle mie solite linee da lavoro: più sensibile, più delicata, con un carattere tutto suo.
Il suo addestramento ha richiesto tempo, calma e moltissima finezza. Ginger è estremamente addestrabile, ma anche molto sensibile: accetta la correzione, purché sia lieve, precisa e giusta. Se diventa troppa, si chiude.
Con le persone, invece, è un amore: dolce, affettuosa, socialissima, sempre rispettosa… ma senza mai rinunciare alla sua identità. Durante il lavoro riesce a stupirmi ancora oggi.
Ha doti naturali incredibili:
• marca in maniera precisa e sicura
• affronta i terreni difficili con naturalezza
• tiene linee dritte, potenti e pulite
• sa rendere facile ciò che, per molti cani, sarebbe complesso
E poi... ogni tanto, si perde in un bicchiere d’acqua per una sciocchezza.
Ginger è così: un mix delizioso di talento e fragilità, di potenza e dolcezza. In Scozia, durante l’addestramento con Billy, abbiamo davvero faticato a trovare qualcosa che potesse metterla in difficoltà: accettava ogni terreno, ogni esposizione, ogni distanza, mantenendo linee spettacolari e marcature impeccabili. Queste qualità oggi sono ben visibili anche nei suoi risultati in gara.
Risultati Working Test Ginger – Red Sweet Siggy si è qualificata nel 2024 e nel 2025 come:

Nel 2025 ha rraggiunto anche il titolo:

Un risultato più che meritato.
Oggi Ginger vive con una mia cara amica in Toscana.È una collaborazione che ho scelto con il cuore: lei ha bisogno di molto tempo, molta attenzione e un lavoro quotidiano mirato, e lì lo sta ricevendo. Sono felice di vederla avanzare così bene.
Per l’estate 2026 è prevista una cucciolata davvero speciale con Carnochway Red Rooster (Rocky): un maschio straordinario, potente e ricchissimo di risultati già da giovane, e vincitore del prestigioso IGL Championship 2025 nel Regno Unito.

Ginger stole my heart from the very first moment.
When I saw her puppy photos and videos, I knew she was meant to be part of my pack.
It was an instant feeling—strong, instinctive—and I wasn’t wrong.
From the beginning she proved to be different from my usual working lines: more sensitive, more delicate, with a character entirely her own. Her training required time, calm, and a very light hand. Ginger is highly trainable, yet very sensitive: she accepts correction if it is measured, precise, and fair; too much shuts her down.
With people, she is a sweetheart—gentle, affectionate, very social—never a problem to anyone, yet always true to her own nature.
In work she still manages to surprise me. She has remarkable natural abilities:
• she marks precisely and confidently
• accepts difficult ground without hesitation
• runs straight and clean lines
• and often makes hard things look easy!
Then, every now and then, she gets lost in a glass of water over something simple.
That’s Ginger: a delightful blend of talent and fragility, power and sweetness.
In Scotland, training with Billy, we eventually ran out of ways to challenge her: she took on every ground, exposure, and distance, holding spectacular lines and delivering impeccable marks.
These qualities are now clearly reflected in her results.

Today Ginger lives with a dear friend of mine in Tuscany. It’s a choice I made with my heart: she thrives with more time, more attention, and focused daily work—and that’s exactly what she’s getting there.
A very special litter is planned for summer 2026 with Carnochway Red Rooster (Rocky), an outstanding dog with a long list of awards from a young age, including the IGL Championship 2025 in the UK.

Ginger hat mich vom ersten Moment an berührt.
Als ich ihre Welpenfotos und -videos sah, wusste ich: Sie gehört in mein Rudel.
Ein sofortiges, starkes Gefühl – und ich habe mich nicht geirrt.
Von Anfang an zeigte sie, dass sie anders ist als meine üblichen Arbeitslinien: sensibler, feiner, mit einem ganz eigenen Charakter.
Ihr Training brauchte Zeit, Ruhe und eine sehr feine Hand. Ginger ist sehr gut ausbildbar, zugleich sehr sensibel: Sie akzeptiert Korrekturen, wenn sie maßvoll, exakt und fair sind; zu viel blockiert sie.
Menschen gegenüber ist sie lieb, anhänglich und sehr sozial – nie ein Problem für irgendwen – und doch bleibt sie immer sie selbst.
Bei der Arbeit überrascht sie mich bis heute. Sie verfügt über außergewöhnliche natürliche Anlagen:
• präzise, sichere Markierungen
• schwieriges Gelände meistert sie ohne Zögern
• gerade, kraftvolle, saubere Linien
• und lässt Schwieriges oft leicht aussehen!
Und dann verliert sie sich gelegentlich bei einer Kleinigkeit im sprichwörtlichen Wasserglas.
Das ist Ginger: eine wunderbare Mischung aus Talent und Zerbrechlichkeit, Stärke und Sanftmut.
In Schottland, beim Training mit Billy, gingen uns irgendwann die Ideen aus, wie wir sie noch fordern könnten: Sie nahm jedes Gelände, jede Distanz, jede Exposition an, hielt spektakuläre Linien und zeigte makellose Markierungen. Diese Qualitäten spiegeln sich heute klar in ihren Ergebnissen wider.

Titel erneut bestätigt und zudem Working Test Champion.
Heute lebt Ginger bei einer Freundin von mir in der Toskana. Diese Zusammenarbeit habe ich ganz bewusst gewählt: Sie verdient mehr Zeit, mehr Aufmerksamkeit und gezielte tägliche Arbeit – und genau das bekommt sie dort.
Für den Sommer 2026 ist ein ganz besonderer Wurf mit Carnochway Red Rooster (Rocky) geplant – ein herausragender Rüde mit zahlreichen Auszeichnungen schon in jungen Jahren, darunter der IGL Championship 2025 in Großbritannien.
